Our Mentoring
We believe that every piece of knowledge from people, who have walked in our shoes before us, is absolutely critical to propel newcomers forward. Therefore, throughout the entirety of the Program all startups have access to resident and external Mentors, carefully matched to each startup's industry sector and progress. These Mentors work closely with our teams, guiding their personal and professional development, serving as a fundamental element of our Startup Program. Both forms of Mentoring, Group Mentoring meetings held weekly and One-on-one Mentoring sessions tailored to each startup's needs, complement each other seamlessly.
Group Mentoring meetings occur regularly on a weekly basis throughout the entire 9-month Program, and are led by our Entrepreneur in Residence. They aim to provide guidance, feedback, and a platform for startups to monitor progress and avoid common pitfalls. These meetings foster a collaborative environment, encouraging startups to share challenges and experiences
One-on-one Mentoring meetings offer bespoke guidance, delving into specific challenges faced by startups that have progressed to Stage B of the Startup Program. This personalised approach leverages the particular expertise and experience of Mentors to explore new routes and solutions suited to each startup's unique circumstances. Our panel of external Mentors comprises accomplished businesspersons who've navigated the challenging path of entrepreneurship, emerged successfully, and now aspire to “give back to society”.
AS IDEA, our commitment extends beyond Mentoring; it's about cultivating a collaborative community where shared wisdom and collective support drive the success of each participating startup.
