Yiannis Hadjiconstantouras is an entrepreneur and co-founder of PeopleFirst, a Cyprus-based group of companies operating in media, education, and hospitality. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2012 with StudentLife, a student-focused media and marketing platform that evolved into one of the largest youth communities in Cyprus, collaborating closely with universities and major brands.
Today, his main focus is Doorstep, a fast-growing multi-brand, delivery-first food company operating several virtual restaurant brands across Cyprus, including Marinado, Flipstreet Burgers, and Makai. Through a systems-driven and people-first approach, Doorstep has grown into one of the leading delivery-focused food operations in the country, serving thousands of customers monthly while building strong operational processes, scalable systems, and high-performing teams.
