Menelaos is the Director of Academic Affairs and Student Welfare Service of the University of Cyprus and also serves as Acting Director of Administration and Finance.

He has been part of high level strategy teams, organizational restructuring, introduction of new processes and of new technology.
He often delivers public speeches on strategy, communication, design thinking, people centric organizations, education and personal development.
