Kyriacos Kolokotronis
Head of Corporate Strategy & Innovation (C&SI)
Kyriacos Kolokotronis is the Head of Corporate Strategy & Innovation (C&SI) at Cyta for the last four years, leading projects on strategy formulation and implementation. Prior to managing the C&SI Unit, he held numerous positions and managed projects in HRM/HRD and Retail Consumer Markets Divisions.
Mr. Kolokotronis holds a BSc in Business Management, an MBA and a MSc in HRM&OB. He has been a Visiting Lecturer/Instructor on Emotional Intelligence at CIIM for HRM- and Emotional Intelligence-related topics, and at the University of Leicester for MBA-related courses.
Mr. Kolokotronis is a life-long learner and an enthusiastic and dedicated executive and practitioner. He is also the recipient of numerous professional certifications. He is an EMCC Accredited Coach & Mentor (PCC), Certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Coach and Assessor (ESCI, EQi, MSCEIT), a Certified Master Trainer, and a Certified Assessment Centers manager and assessor. He also served on the European Mentoring and Coaching Council - Cyprus Board. Since 2014 He acts as a coach-catalyst and mentor, supporting executives with their complex challenges both at a corporate and personal level.
As a mentor, through Cyta, which is a strategic partner of IDEA, Mr. Kolokotronis aims to support and encourage innovation and entrepreneurship in Cyprus. Through this mentorship he intends to guide the start-up teams to unlock their potential at a team and at an individual level, thereby delivering an innovative product/service.
