Antonis Marinou is an Entrepreneurship & Innovation Officer at IDEA Innovation Center of the Bank of Cyprus.
With over 18 years of experience in the banking sector, Antonis has built strong expertise in customer service, operational risk management, credit assessment, and internal audit, supporting both individuals and enterprises. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled regulatory compliance, risk indicators, and financial planning, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic growth. Beyond banking, he has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic capabilities, earning a promotion to Lieutenant in the National Guard in 2019.
His dedication, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to helping others allow him to actively is eagerly contributing to the growth and progress of key initiatives of the Center.
Antonis holds an MBA from the University of Cyprus, an MSc in Statistics from the Athens University of Economics and Business, a BSc in International and European Economic Studies from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and a Diploma in Bank Operations.
