Mentoring

Throughout the entirety of the Program all startups have access to resident and external mentors, subject to the progress of each startup. Mentors are working closely with our teams to guide their personal and professional development. This is perhaps one of the most important cornerstones of our Accelerator – Incubator.

Mentoring sessions are on a weekly basis (once a week in the morning or afternoon). We believe that every piece of knowledge from people, who have walked in our shoes before us, is absolutely critical to propel newcomers forward.

We hold weekly mentoring sessions and we can see that their benefits are of great value as they:

Increase the founders' self-confidence

Help the founders learn to take better control of his or her career

Teach the startups how to speak up and grab attention

Educate the startup on how to receive feedback in important areas, such as communications, technical abilities, change management and leadership skills
