Our Mentoring

We believe that every piece of knowledge from people, who have walked in our shoes before us, is absolutely critical to propel newcomers forward.

Therefore, throughout the entirety of the Program all startups have access to resident and external mentors, subject to the industry sector and progress of each startup. Mentors are working closely with our teams to guide their personal and professional development. This is another important cornerstone of our Accelerator – Incubator. Group Mentoring sessions take place on a weekly basis (once a week in the morning), plus one-to-one sessions based on the specific needs of the startup.

We hold weekly mentoring sessions and we can see that their benefits are of great value as they:


Increase the founders' self-confidence

Teach the startups how to speak up and grab attention


Educate the startup on how to receive feedback in important areas, such as communications, technical abilities, change management and leadership skills
