Mentoring

Throughout the entirety of the Program all startups have access to resident and external mentors who are working closely with our teams to guide them from personal and professional experience. This is perhaps one of the most important cornerstones of our Accelerator – Incubator. Mentoring sessions are on a weekly basis (once a week in the morning or afternoon) and are compulsory. We believe that every piece of knowledge from people, who have walked in our shoes before us, is absolutely critical to propel new comers forward.

We hold weekly mentoring sessions and we can see that benefits are of great value and include:

Increase the startups self-confidence

Help the startups learn to take better control of his or her career

Teach the startups how to speak up and be heard

Educate the startup on how to accept feedback in important areas, such as communications, technical abilities, change management, and leadership skills
