Constantinos Pavlides graduated from “Arizona State University” where he pursued financial studies and has also obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM).

Constantinos has for the last 10 years held various management positions in Cypriot companies in the fields of Retail, Logistics, Credit Management, Private Equity, and Digital Media and Marketing.

In 2011 he joined Invelopment Partners Ltd in which he now serves as a Director and Shareholder. Constantinos also holds the position of Managing Director of ConvertPLC Digital Marketing Agency Ltd – a company owned by Invelopment Partners Ltd.

Invelopment Partners is primarily a private equity firm that invests in ideas and talents. It currently has 5 projects under its management (shareholding and Directorship interet) :
